If for some reason it would take longer she always got back to us within 20 minutes to let us know when she would be able to get us the answer and why.

"100% Fives all around for Renae! I met her at an open house pre-COVID when I was still in the browsing phase to see what the market looked like to get my footing. I normally didn’t like talking to agents at them but she was so warm and friendly I could tell she was already going to be the person I wanted to work with. Right off the bat she demonstrated her knowledge of the market, other partners to work with on prequalification and title, and even local housing credits through my work that I didn’t know existed! To top it all off, I asked her to hit a target the size of a grain of sand from 100 yards away when it came to what I was looking for. "Renae is freakin' amazing! Highlights: -organized (esp with timelines) -great communication skills -makes you feel like you're her only client (even though she has others) -extremely knowledgeable in her profession -personalized emails for potential homes you may like -feels like she does all the work, you just tell her what you love/don't like and she practically does the rest. We initially had multiple agents to see which one fit us the best and Renae was the one. We liked how personalized she made our house search. Almost every realtor will put you on an email listing that sends you houses/condos based on location and prices you set. Renae takes it a step further by filtering out what you want in a house, ex, front porch, big backyard, etc. When she shows you homes, she'll ask you what you think. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESPONDING TO HER. Your responses will help her to provide better searches for you. For example, we'd tell her we didn't like the high HOA fees, or the small back yard or a big fixer-upper and she wouldn't email us any of those homes. We also RELALY REALLY REALLY liked how she used the addresses of the homes she thinks you may like in the subject line of her emails so it makes it easier to reference back on the house information. She is also well knowledgeable. She informed us what to look for when buying condos, probate sells, etc. During escrow she will read through all the documents and bring up anything she finds that could be of concern. During the buying process, she walks you through everything and has references for almost anything you need from movers, insurance agents, etc. As a 1st time home buyer, Renae did practically everything and made buying a home easy. Her insurance agent she referred us to knew what the minimum requirements were for home insurances to be approved by our loan. Our inspection for home, pest, roof, plumbing was scheduled on one day back-to-back on a schedule that fit us the best. After buying our home, she checked up with us to make sure everything was still okay. She also provided us with a booklet with people she recommended for home stuff from plumbers, electricians, accountants, etc Highly recommend Renae!!"
